What Data do We collect

  • IP Address-When you use our forum, we can see you IP Address, from this we can get an estimated location, and the name of your WI-FI/VPN provider

  • Username-Upon signup, you will have provided us with a username
  • Roblox Username-Upon signup, you will be given the option to provide a Roblox username. This can be changed later.

What do We do With Your Data

No, we do not sell your data. Your data will only be made available to trusted individuals, companies and organisations. Trusted individuals, companies and organisations can include, but is not limited to, law enforcement and transactional email providers.

Who Can Access my Data?

Your data can only be accessed by the following groups. This does not include people that it is manually shared with.

  • Brevo-Transactional email provider (please view Brevo’s Privacy Policy)
  • Forum Moderation and Administration Teams-These are staff members on this forum
  • Discourse-Discourse may be able to view your data, this has not yet been confirmed

Yes, we do use cookies. The forum software that we use came with several essential cookies for the operation of this forum.

How do I Have my Data Deleted?

You can have your data deleted/anonymised at any time by messaging @LichenFour. We have 3 ways we can remove/anonymise your data. These are listed below.

  • Delete your account an all posts
  • Transfer all your posts to another account and delete your account
  • Anonymise your account (this removes all personal data but keeps your posts intact

Please note that we can view your Private Messages that you send and may do so without warning. We do not have to inform you when we do so. This includes chat messages.
